Hi, thank you for putting your trust in me to help and support you and your loved ones.
I'm a registered psychotherapist and I have helped children, youth and their families navigate through difficult times for almost 20 years. You are here because you are concerned about your child and/or family, and some of the common concerns I have helped families with include; sleep/bedtime, getting to school, sibling rivalry, being sad or mad or worried too much, behaviour, motivation, changes in social interactions, refusing to engage in activities they used to enjoy.
Expect that through these therapy sessions that we will work together to understand and solve the problem so that you and your family feel more balanced and at peace.

Ljuba is a registered psychotherapist with almost 20 years’ experience helping children, teens and families.

Ljuba’s therapy practice includes a holistic approach that focuses on all aspects of one’s life that includes physical, mental and spiritual well-being. She is passionate about her work and dedicated to helping clients build coping skills and find more peace in their lives. She believes that using a holistic, client-centred approach enables individuals to create balance in their lives and address areas where problems may persist.

Her clients report that she is compassionate, non-judgmental and welcoming, and she strives to understand them and make them feel comfortable and supported.

My goal is for you to improve your coping as quickly as possible so you can kick me out of your life. I want to be proactive and meaningful; your time and money is valuable to you.
